How the sync works
RecoverIQ only reads from Klaviyo. Nothing in your Klaviyo account is changed, which keeps the setup safe for teams with strict access rules.
Set it up
Open Settings, then Integrations, in RecoverIQ and pick Klaviyo.
Paste a private Klaviyo API key with read access to profiles and events.
Choose the lists and events that count as customer activity.
Run the first sync. Disputes from the last 120 days are imported automatically.
