ShipStation connects to RecoverIQ in a few clicks. Tracking, signatures and delivery photos. Once it is live, every new dispute arrives with the delivery proof already attached, so your team stops copying data between tabs.

How the sync works
RecoverIQ only reads from ShipStation. Nothing in your ShipStation account is changed, which keeps the setup safe for teams with strict access rules.
Set it up
Open Settings, then Integrations, in RecoverIQ and pick ShipStation.
Paste your ShipStation API key and secret into the connection screen.
Map each warehouse or carrier account to the right store.
Run the first sync. Disputes from the last 120 days are imported automatically.
